The ISUZU pavement repair truck adopts a professional asphalt heating and mixing structure that ensures stable material quality during operation. The gravel mixing containers use hydraulic motor-driven vertical forced mixing technology, providing uniform mixing performance and preventing material separation. The system combines indirect heating with hot air circulation heating, ensuring that asphalt materials reach the required temperature range efficiently while maintaining consistent heating results.

Equipped with Italian Black & Decker burners, two burners are installed for the mixing containers to provide reliable heating performance, while the asphalt container uses an Italian Riello burner system for stable temperature control. The asphalt temperature can be controlled between 120–180°C through automatic and manual adjustment modes, allowing operators to adapt to different repair requirements and working environments.

Efficient Repair Operation and Material Management

The truck is designed to maximize convenience and operational efficiency during road repair projects. The rear and side charging system uses a hydraulic cylinder lifting chain mechanism, enabling quick loading of materials, while the discharge system supports both side and rear discharge methods according to construction conditions.

The vehicle is equipped with a 500L asphalt container and a 1200L emulsified asphalt container, providing sufficient material storage for continuous repair operations. The emulsified asphalt system includes a 6-meter automatic self-cleaning electric heating pipe, while the road crack spraying system uses a 5-meter automatic no-cleaning electric heating pipe, helping prevent material blockage and improving daily maintenance convenience.

Integrated Dust Removal and Auxiliary Systems

To create a cleaner working environment, the ISUZU truck features a four-layer water mist filtration dust removal system powered by a 370W blower. This design effectively reduces dust generated during mixing and material handling, supporting environmentally friendly road maintenance operations.

The truck also integrates a high-pressure air self-cleaning pipeline system with a working pressure of 0.7 MPa, helping operators quickly clean pipelines and equipment after operation.
