High-Pressure Jetting Pump
Featuring the SYLT/SY90-56 triplex pump, the system generates a scavenging capacity of 350L/min at 132kW power output, enabling deep sewer line cleaning. The 120-meter thermoplastic hose reel (1” diameter) withstands 250bar working pressure and 400bar burst pressure, ensuring durability in abrasive environments.
Dual-Action Vacuum Pump
Integrated with the MORO/PM80A water-cooled vacuum pump, the truck achieves a 12,000Lt/min flow rate and 95% maximum vacuum efficiency, optimized for rapid sludge extraction. The heavy-duty spiral suction hoses (4” diameter, 3m length) include quick-connect fittings for versatile deployment.
Dual-Compartment Tank
Constructed from 6mm Q235 steel, the 18,000L tank is divided into two sealed compartments: a 6,000L cleaning water tank and a 4,000L sludge/sewage tank. Transparent acrylic level indicators and a rear door with self-compensating seals ensure leak-proof operation and easy maintenance.
Anti-Flow Safety Mechanisms
Equipped with dual shut-off valves, vacuum relief systems, and reinforced rear door latches, the truck prevents backflow and complies with environmental safety regulations.
Operational Efficiency
Hydraulic hose reel controls and manual valve interfaces are strategically placed for rapid access, minimizing downtime during maintenance.
