3CBM Dual-Function Tank System
Integrated with a 3CBM stainless steel 304 tank, the system combines a 1m³ garbage compartment and a 2,000L water reservoir for simultaneous debris collection and dust suppression. The corrosion-resistant construction ensures durability in harsh weather and chemical exposure.
High-Efficiency Sweeping & Suction
Four motor-driven disc brooms (900mm diameter) achieve a sweeping width of 2.6–3.2m and a max cleaning capacity of 60,000 m²/h. The full-floating suction nozzle with a 200mm hydraulic port captures debris ≥100mm, while the centrifugal blower (2,600–2,900r/min) ensures debris-free surfaces.
Multi-Mode Washing Systems
A 20m high-pressure flushing reel delivers 115L/min water flow at 3–20km/h speeds for targeted stain removal. The low-pressure system supplements with 40m³/h flow capacity and 50m projection range, enabling rapid large-area rinsing and dust control.
Durability & Adaptability
JMC 75HP auxiliary engine powers ancillary systems for uninterrupted operation, while Euro 5 compliance reduces environmental impact. The modular body design (compaction plate, slide-out hopper) simplifies maintenance and waste discharge.
