Features

Chassis and Powertrain This sweeper is constructed on a durable ISUZU GIGA VC61 6×4 chassis, providing a stable platform with a Gross Vehicle Weight (GVW) of approximately 25,000 kg and a substantial payload allowance for collected waste and water. The chassis is powered by a ISUZU 6UZ1-TCG50 inline 6-cylinder turbocharged diesel engine, delivering 350 horsepower and high torque output necessary for both mobility and auxiliary system support. It is equipped with a FAST 10-speed manual transmission and a heavy-duty clutch, components selected for their durability and ability to handle the combined demands of driving and stationary cleaning operations across long shifts.

Sweeping and Vacuum System The core cleaning performance is achieved through a combination of mechanical sweeping and full vacuum suction. The system employs two front and two rear vertical side brushes that guide debris toward a central high-power suction nozzle. This setup achieves a sweeping width exceeding 3.5 meters and a maximum cleaning capacity of over 70,000 square meters per hour. The heart of the vacuum system is a high-efficiency centrifugal fan capable of generating an airflow greater than 28,000 m³/h and a vacuum pressure surpassing 9,000 Pascal, ensuring effective pickup of both fine dust and larger litter from various road surfaces.

Tank and Auxiliary Engine System A key design advantage is the segregated tank system, comprising a 12 CBM stainless steel dustbin and an 8 CBM carbon steel water tank, offering a total fluid capacity of 20 CBM for extended operational range. The dustbin features hydraulic rear tipping with a dumping angle over 50 degrees for quick and clean unloading. Cleaning functions are powered by an independent Cummins or ISUZU auxiliary engine, rated between 120–140 horsepower. This dedicated power source drives the fan, hydraulic pumps, and sweeping mechanisms, ensuring optimal and consistent performance without drawing power from the vehicle’s main drivetrain.

Hydraulic, Water Spray, and Control Systems All mechanical functions are managed by a high-pressure hydraulic system operating at 16–18 MPa, supported by a 180-liter oil tank. Dust suppression is integral to operation, utilizing a high-pressure water spray system with front flushing nozzles, brush sprayers, and a rear spray bar, achieving a dust suppression efficiency rate above 90%. Vehicle operation is streamlined through a PLC intelligent control system, accessible via a centralized in-cab panel and an external manual control box. The system includes real-time operational monitoring, fault diagnosis, and is complemented by safety video feeds from a rear camera system.

Suspension, Safety, and Optional Features The sweeper truck is fitted with a leaf spring suspension system and a reliable dual-circuit air brake system with ABS and an engine exhaust brake for safety. Numerous operator safety and convenience features are standard, including an emergency stop system, hydraulic overload protection, low water level alarms, and comprehensive warning lighting.
