3CBM Dual-Function Tank System
Equipped with a 3CBM stainless steel 304 tank, the system integrates a 2m³ garbage compartment and a 1,000L water tank for simultaneous debris collection and dust suppression. The corrosion-resistant design ensures longevity in harsh urban conditions.
High-Efficiency Sweeping System
Four motor-driven disc brooms (900mm diameter) operate symmetrically between the axles, achieving a sweeping width of 2.6–3.2m and a maximum cleaning capacity of 60,000 m²/h. Adjustable sweeping speeds of 3–20km/h adapt to varying debris loads.
Advanced Suction & Airflow Technology
A full-floating suction nozzle with a 200mm intake port and hydraulic lift/lower function ensures debris capture across uneven surfaces. The high-pressure centrifugal blower (2,600–2,900r/min) and JMC 87HP auxiliary engine power continuous airflow for optimal particle removal, handling debris up to 100mm in size.
Anti-Dust Spraying Integration
DC 12V electric diaphragm pumps and nozzle-filter systems enable precise water spraying, minimizing airborne dust during operations.
