High-Capacity Vacuum System
Equipped with the VERYONG/68-7000 water-cooled vacuum pump, the system achieves a flow rate of 800m³/h and 93% maximum vacuum efficiency, ideal for rapid sludge extraction. The heavy-duty spiral suction hoses (4” diameter, 3m length) feature quick-connect fittings and aluminum/galvanized steel couplings for durability and ease of use.
Durable Sludge Tank Design
Constructed from 6mm reinforced steel, the 3,000L sludge tank includes a 5,000L compartment for high-volume storage. The rear door is reinforced and raises to 80° for efficient unloading, secured by self-compensating seals and manual latches to prevent leaks.
Anti-Flow Safety Mechanisms
Integrated anti-flow devices and dual shut-off valves ensure compliance with environmental regulations, minimizing contamination risks during operation.
User-Centric Monitoring
Transparent acrylic level indicators on both compartments provide real-time sludge volume tracking, while ergonomic manual controls streamline maintenance and operational adjustments.
